The US video-sharing platform YouTube has introduced a feature called YouTube Shorts around the world, which was first introduced in India last year.
YouTube added tick-tock-like short videos to its app in September last year, which was first introduced in India.
This feature, based on a copy of TickTalk, was called YouTube Shorts and is now being rolled out worldwide.
Videos of 15 seconds or less can be created and uploaded to YouTube Shorts with the new Creator tools. This is a very similar feature to TickTalk, including speed controls, timers, and countdown features.
Music will also be added to these short videos, and there is a huge library of songs on YouTube that will grow over time, according to the company.
In addition, the multi-segment camera will help users to combine multiple video clips into a short video. YouTube Shorts aims to maintain the dominance of Google’s video-sharing site by reducing the popularity of tick talk.
